Return
GreenInk Academy Pvt Ltd provides academic and digital services; therefore, no physical product return applies.
This section is retained only for structure, but return is not applicable to our services.
Refund
GreenInk Academy Pvt Ltd follows a strict “NO REFUND” policy.
Refunds will NOT be entertained under any circumstances, once payment is made and service access is initiated.
Exception:
Refund is applicable ONLY if a trial period is officially provided for that specific course, and the student submits a valid cancellation request within the prescribed trial period.
Refund requests after the trial period will not be considered under any circumstances.
Refund and Cancellation for Service Provider Company
As a service-based company, the following applies:
“NO REFUND” and “NO CANCELLATION”
will be entertained once the payment has been made, and the course/LMS/mentorship service has been activated.
Refund is only allowed if:
- The course includes a trial period, and
- The student cancels within that clearly mentioned trial window.
Cancellation Policy
An enrollment can be cancelled ONLY within the prescribed trial period, if applicable for that course.
After the trial period ends, NO CANCELLATION will be accepted under any circumstances.
