REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
GreenInk Academy Pvt Ltd is committed to providing high-quality academic services through online/offline classes, mentorship, study materials, and LMS access. As these services begin immediately upon enrollment, our refund and cancellation rules are defined carefully.
1. General No-Refund Policy
All course fees, mentorship fees, subscription fees, and LMS access fees are strictly non-refundable once payment is made.
This applies to:
- Course enrollments
- Program subscriptions
- Renewal fees
- Study material charges
- Offline/online batch fees
- LMS access
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Change of mind
- Personal reasons
- Time/interest issues
- Low usage of LMS
- Device or network challenges
- Not attending classes
- Not following the study plan
2. Trial-Period Cancellation (If Provided for That Course)
Some selected courses may include a trial period, mentioned clearly at the time of enrollment.
If the course specifically offers a trial, cancellation is allowed only within the mentioned trial window (e.g., 3/5/7 days).
Eligibility Conditions
Cancellation during the trial is allowed only if:
- The course officially offers a trial period.
- The request is made within the trial period.
- The student has attended only the permitted number of sessions.
- The student has not accessed or downloaded major materials or premium content.
- Mentorship, tests, or personal guidance have not been availed.
If any condition is violated, trial cancellation becomes invalid.
Refund Deductions:
Standard platform, processing, and administrative charges will be deducted.
3. Cancellation After Trial Period
Once the trial period is over:
❌ No cancellation or refund will be allowed under any circumstances.
4. Exceptional Refund Approvals (Institute-Discretion Cases)
GreenInk Academy may, in rare and justified situations, approve a refund even after the prescribed cancellation period, but only under the following principles:
- Such refunds are not a right of the student.
- They may be approved only on a case-by-case basis.
- Approval is entirely at the sole discretion of GreenInk Academy management.
- The decision will be final and binding.
Examples of exceptional discretionary approvals may include (informational only, not guaranteed):
- Serious medical conditions (with valid documents)
- Duplicate enrollments
- Wrong course selection due to technical errors
- Any genuine case assessed and approved by management
Even in exceptional cases, administrative charges, gateway charges, and utilized service value will be deducted.
This clause protects you while giving you the freedom to help students in rare deserving cases.
5. Third-Party Payment Gateways
Payments are processed via secure third-party gateways (Razorpay/Cashfree/etc.).
GreenInk Academy is not responsible for:
- Transaction failures
- Delayed confirmations
- Bank or gateway errors
- Double payments
Such disputes must be resolved directly with the payment gateway or the bank.
Refunds (if approved by the institute) will be processed only after the gateway confirms receipt of the amount.
6. Duplicate Payments
If a student accidentally makes a duplicate payment:
- Refund will be issued after verification
- Processing may take 7–15 working days
7. Content Access Clause
Once a student accesses:
- LMS
- Live/recorded classes
- PDFs
- Premium notes
- Tests
- Mentorship sessions
→ The service is considered “used,” and no refund is allowed, except under rare cases approved solely at the discretion of the institute (as above).
8. Course Cancellation by GreenInk Academy
If GreenInk Academy cancels or discontinues a batch or service:
- A refund, batch shift, or credit transfer will be provided as appropriate.
